Clear expectations before a family pays for a recurring lesson place.
Teacher availability
The academy confirms the tutor, time zone and recurring slot in writing on WhatsApp before payment. Requests are subject to a suitable teacher being available.
Payment
Monthly fees are paid in advance only after the timetable and plan are agreed. The selected slot is then reserved for that month.
Rescheduling
Send a written request at least 24 hours before class. A replacement is arranged where teacher availability allows; late cancellations and no-shows normally count as used.
Academy cancellation
If the academy cancels, the lesson is rearranged or credited. Delivered lessons are non-refundable; statutory rights and refunds for undelivered services remain unaffected.
