This Refund Policy explains when refunds, credits or rescheduled lessons may be offered by Kahaf Quraan. The policy is designed to be fair to families while also protecting reserved teacher time.
Trial classes are free and non-chargeable.
Paid plans reserve class slots and teacher availability.
Teacher absence is rescheduled or covered.
Accidental duplicate payments are reviewed and corrected.
When a Refund May Be Considered
A refund or credit may be considered if Kahaf Quraan cannot provide the agreed service, if a duplicate payment is made, or if an incorrect amount is paid and verified.
- Academy cannot assign a teacher after payment.
- A duplicate payment is received by mistake.
- A wrong invoice amount is paid.
- A service issue cannot reasonably be solved by replacement lessons.
When Fees Are Usually Non-Refundable
Monthly tuition is usually non-refundable once the billing period has started because the teacher’s time and class slot have been reserved. Missed student lessons without notice are not normally refunded.
Eid holidays and agreed academy holidays are paid holidays and do not automatically reduce monthly tuition.
Reschedule Instead of Refund
Where possible, Kahaf Quraan will first offer a rescheduled lesson or replacement teacher instead of a cash refund. This is especially likely when the teacher is absent, ill or affected by a technical problem.
Refund Request Process
Contact admin
Send the student name, payment date, amount and reason.
Review
Kahaf Quraan checks attendance, teacher notes and payment record.
Decision
The academy confirms whether refund, credit, replacement lesson or no refund applies.
Processing
Approved refunds are returned through a suitable method where possible.
