Enrollment Policy Overview
The Enrollment Policy explains how regular classes work after trial lessons. It covers monthly tuition, attendance, late arrival, teacher absence, student absence, Eid holidays, rescheduling and communication.
Students should join at the scheduled start time.
Lessons end at the scheduled time unless teacher delay is being completed.
Eid holidays are paid academy holidays.
Teacher absence is rescheduled; student no-show is not guaranteed.
Monthly Tuition and Reserved Slots
Kahaf Quraan works on monthly tuition. Fees reserve the student’s regular teacher, schedule and learning slot. Fees are not normally calculated per individual lesson attended.
Parents should choose a plan that fits the child’s routine because the teacher’s timetable is planned around regular attendance.
Attendance and Late Arrival
Students should join on time and be ready with Quran, Qaida or lesson material. If the student joins late while the teacher joined on time, the lesson still ends at the scheduled time because the teacher may have another class immediately after.
Class ends at the normal scheduled time.
Lost teacher time is completed, extended or rescheduled.
Lesson may be marked as completed.
Teacher/admin will try to reschedule if possible.
Teacher Absence and Student Absence
If a teacher is sick, has an emergency or cannot attend, Kahaf Quraan will arrange a reschedule or replacement where possible. If a student misses class without notice, the lesson is usually counted as completed. A reschedule may be offered only at the teacher or academy’s discretion.
If parents give notice before the lesson due to illness, travel or emergency, the teacher will try to reschedule based on availability, but rescheduling is not always guaranteed.
Eid Holidays and Academy Holidays
Eid-ul-Fitr and Eid-ul-Adha are paid academy holidays. Monthly tuition is not automatically reduced because these holidays are part of the academy schedule and teachers are also entitled to observe Eid.
Where possible, Kahaf Quraan informs families in advance of Eid arrangements and any teacher country-specific holiday disruption.
Student Behaviour and Parent Support
Students should be respectful, listen to the teacher and avoid distractions. Younger children may need a parent nearby to help with joining the call, focusing and using the device. Parents should communicate concerns politely through official channels.
Online Safety and Camera Policy
Camera use may help with pronunciation and engagement. Male teachers may use camera where appropriate. Female teachers may follow academy camera policy unless otherwise agreed. Parents are welcome to supervise younger children.
